Fairway Village
I had to rush her to the hospital minutes after she was released from the facility. Now she’s back in the hospital with several different diagnoses. She complained for a whole week about her pain. They don’t deserve one star, but i had to give that in order for me to write this review. I will file a complaint with their corporate office.
We selected Creekside Health And Rehabilitation Center for my dad. I think it has a very good appearance, very well-kept, and right now, I think the staff is very caring. They give him a little bit of walking, but not a lot ’cause he’s in pain when he tries to walk. He goes to dialysis three times a week, he gets walking, and he is fed. He started at rehab, and now he’s in long-term care. I see him a couple of times a week, and I don’t get any complaints.

The house keeping staff came in and cleaned her room every day. She was provided with diet choices that were appropriate to her medical needs. When she was not receiving therapy she was able to watch her favorite TV programs, read, or enjoy visits from her family any time. The therapy staff were very knowledgeable and well trained in the areas she needed help with. She made excellent progress towards her rehab goals and was able to successfully discharge back to her home after two weeks.
